French bulldog pups rescued from O’Hare warehouse given reprieve by CDC: ‘All the stars were aligned’

Fifteen French bulldog puppies that were rescued from an O’Hare airport warehouse were granted amnesty by federal authorities Friday to remain in the U.S. permanently, officials with the group that rescued them said.
