Lake County Democrats appoint park district, chamber of commerce leader Adriane Johnson to state Senate seat formerly held by Terry Link

Lake County Democratic Party leaders on Sunday appointed Adriane Johnson to the Illinois Senate seat formerly held by Terry Link, who resigned last month shortly before pleading guilty to federal income tax evasion.
