Mayor Lori Lightfoot announces beefed-up Chicago police plan to track, prevent future looting throughout city

Chicago police will boost their social media monitoring and create rapid response teams that will respond to looting and more quickly shut down areas such as downtown if needed, Mayor Lori Lightfoot said Friday.
